Notification based on the skill set

Hi Team, I think we should send notifications to user whenever new article or blog matching their sill set is posted. We can provide option on the settings page under account setting sections. We can either provide a section where user can opt skills for receiving relevant notification This way we would be able to categorize notification Thanks Hemant Jindal
