As a Recruiter, if i want to hire someone i opened FIND CANDIDATES section, there shold must filter "profile", Because i am not going to open all resume or cv, So first initial and most important thing that is very crucial is Profile category. Lets say, in my company there is openings of SharePoint developer, So initially i need a filter option there in which i can search SharePoint keyboard and key skills too.
