Show pagination in chapters list by default instead of "View All" Button

When we have more than 10 upcoming chapter events at https://www.c-sharpcorner.com/chapters/ page. Then instead of Showing "View All" button please show pagination button. Currently what happens, we click on "View All" button, again the page is called and then pagination control appears. So, I would suggest to display the pagination button if there are more than 10 upcoming events.
