Showing "Chapters" or "Events" Tab in the main tab section on all pages...

Just like we have "Home", "Technologies", "Answers", .... we can also have "Chapters" or "Events" in the tab section... It is very confusing to go and search the Chapters Section.. especially for new comers. If possible please incorporate this in the tab section. Thanks!!! Shiv
