Time to read an Article

Everyone has a different reading speed. I think, it won't be a good feature to suggest the time taken to read the content. Plus, C# Corner doesn't just want you to read it, we want you to understand it too. Which would take more than 5 minutes themselves. ;-)

Adding to that. The time you allocate for reading depends on the article and on the technicality. There are some articles about career enhancements, overview of technologies and technical ones which also requires code application. And yes you don't just read. You need to READ-DO and LEARN :)
