Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Talent Solutions Account Executive to drive new business and develop client relationships in your designated region. Your role will involve responding to inbound inquiries, executing outbound strategies, and selling LinkedIn’s corporate solutions for hiring and learning. You will act as an advocate for our clients, striving to exceed quotas while aligning our solutions with their business goals.

Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting and Relationship Building. Engage proactively to build a robust pipeline and establish strong personal relationships with prospects.
  2. Forecasting and Transparency. Create accurate forecasts and maintain transparency with management regarding pipeline status.
  3. Strategic Partnership. Identify customers' business objectives, address challenges, and build strategic partnerships by positioning LinkedIn’s Talent & Learning Solutions.
  4. Sales Performance. Consistently close new business at or above quota levels.
  5. Territory Management. Develop and implement a strategic plan for your territory and share competitive insights with the team.
  6. Collaboration and Problem Solving. Utilize peer and manager support to overcome challenges and close deals effectively.
  7. Process Utilization. Employ sales processes and tools effectively to drive success.
  8. Coaching and Best Practices. Invest in colleagues, provide coaching, and contribute to developing best practices for the team.
  9. Market Insight. Listen to market needs, share insights with the product and marketing teams, and proactively address problems.
  10. Leadership. Seek leadership opportunities and contribute to the company's broader objectives.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or account management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with solution selling and SaaS solutions.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales environments and engage with multiple business stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the talent acquisition and learning industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on value-based contract discussions.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and customer management skills.
  • Capacity to handle numerous prospect situations simultaneously and differentiate LinkedIn’s offerings from competitors.
