We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Analytics Developer for a fully remote, six-month contract position. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust digital analytics solutions, focusing on optimizing the user experience and driving business performance. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand analytics requirements, translating them into actionable technical solutions.
- Implement and manage Adobe Analytics configurations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Work with Adobe Target to set up and manage A/B testing and personalization campaigns, ensuring smooth execution from a technical standpoint.
- Configure and utilize Adobe Launch for advanced tag management, ensuring seamless integration with various digital platforms.
- Manage multiple environments, ensuring the proper handling of production and staging processes, and oversee the deployment of updates and fixes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to analytics and tag management systems efficiently.
- Design and execute comprehensive A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate the effectiveness of user interface changes, content variations, and personalization strategies.
- Collaborate with the development and marketing teams to ensure that data collection aligns with business objectives and technical best practices.
- Leverage retail industry knowledge to customize solutions that align with the unique challenges and opportunities within the sector.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as an Adobe Analytics Developer with a track record of successful implementations.
- Hands-on expertise in Adobe Target, including the configuration and execution of A/B and multivariate testing from a technical perspective.
- Proficient in using Adobe Launch for tag management and event tracking, ensuring reliable and scalable implementations.
- Experience working in a retail environment, with an understanding of e-commerce dynamics and customer behavior analytics.
- Strong skills in managing environments, including production and staging, with a focus on ensuring stability and minimizing downtime.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, particularly when addressing production issues or debugging complex analytics setups.
- Deep understanding of data analytics best practices, including tracking, reporting, and optimizing key metrics.
- Solid communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) for advanced analytics and tag management configurations.
- Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools for creating comprehensive dashboards and presentations.
