The Adobe Analytics Consultant position is a client-facing role that requires both technical and business/marketing knowledge. As an Analytics Consultant, you will gather and understand clients' unique business requirements and provide expert guidance by sharing best practices and recommendations. You'll help clients build customized solutions using the Adobe Analytics platform and ensure the implementation follows industry best practices. The role involves strategizing and driving business value from the platform, enabling clients to adopt and scale in their maturity roadmap. This technical advisory role requires solid technical acumen in digital analytics implementation and involves constant customer and partner interaction.
Responsibilities
- Act as a lead point of contact for customer engagement and be a recognized expert for Adobe internal and regional stakeholders.
- Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and implementation partners.
- Exhibit value to customers and partners, helping them adopt and scale in their maturity roadmap.
- Become an expert in integrating Experience Cloud products and methods to optimize online businesses.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of clients' website architecture, online business models, and online marketing strategies.
- Gather, document, and guide client business requirements, key performance indicators, and other functional or technical requirements.
- Review customized solution design and implementation strategies.
- Validate implementation and resolve issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot and reproduce technical problems reported by customers and define workarounds.
- Identify gaps, highlight risks, and document feedback or recommendations with best-in-class quality.
- Provide advisory to key stakeholders with industry best practices and recommendations throughout the implementation process.
- Communicate proactively and effectively to customer/implementation partner teams on assessments and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist with enablement and desk-side coaching to customers/partners on product features, ad-hoc technical queries, and future optimization roadmap.
- Light manipulation of JavaScript to customize web analytic solutions.
- Interact frequently with client/implementation partner teams, including marketers, analysts, web developers, and C-level executives, mainly via conference calls or emails.
- Manage customer expectations appropriately and keep projects on schedule and within scope.
- Collaborate with Adobe internal teams and client/implementation partners.
- Create technical writing and PowerPoint presentations.
Qualifications
- Strong technical acumen in digital analytics implementation.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with client/implementation partner teams.
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of Experience Cloud products and online business optimization strategies.
- Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and guiding client business requirements.
- Proficiency in light manipulation of JavaScript.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues.
