We are seeking an experienced Adobe Target Developer with a deep understanding of Adobe Target, Launch, and Analytics, along with strong proficiency in CSS and JavaScript. This global role involves close collaboration with stakeholders and development teams across country, regional, and global levels to deliver innovative solutions using Adobe Cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Personalization Setup. Lead the setup of personalization activities by partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored user experiences.
- Data-Driven Decision Making. Collaborate with the Analytics team to analyze data for A/B testing, traffic patterns, and lead generation, driving informed decisions for optimization.
- Product Design and Development. Work alongside product technical leads to design and develop new products or enhancements. Participate in the full system development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Process and Impact Reviews. Review processes, assess impacts, and conduct testing in coordination with the AEM development team to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- UX Collaboration. Engage with the UX team to gather and translate user requirements into technical solutions that enhance the user experience.
- UI Coordination. Work closely with the UI team to study changes, assess impacts, and ensure that design and technical elements align seamlessly.
- Technical Solution Design. Convert business requirements into cost-effective, scalable, and elegant technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Design and Code Reviews. Perform detailed design and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
- Problem Solving. Serve as the go-to technical expert for resolving complex challenges, providing innovative solutions to technical problems.
- Third-Party Solutions Evaluation. Evaluate and implement third-party solutions, ensuring they integrate effectively with existing systems from a technical perspective.
- Cross-Team Collaboration. Collaborate with other teams and vendors to connect front-end components with web and data services. Provide support to back-end developers, ensuring smooth integration with the application.
- Mentorship. Mentor junior team members, guiding them on best practices, standards, and techniques to enhance their accuracy and efficiency.
- Testing. Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and assist with user acceptance testing to ensure the reliability and performance of developed solutions.
- Requirement Articulation. Clearly articulate business requirements, ensuring they are designed and engineered into effective technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Data Flow Understanding. Develop a deep technical understanding of data flows from various source systems to the application database, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
- Requirements and Optimization Reviews. Review requirements intake processes, turnaround times, and identify opportunities for optimization to improve overall project efficiency.
- Business Consultation. Work closely with business teams to develop comprehensive documentation and communication materials that accurately convey the usage and interpretation of business requirements.
- Ongoing Support. Provide ongoing support for applications used within the organization, ensuring continuous improvement and optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Adobe Target, Launch, and Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
