Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement programs/projects from inception to delivery, focusing on AI operations.
- Produce high-quality annotations to support Large Language and AI Models, ensuring linguistic nuances are captured accurately.
- Lead teams to track success criteria and performance metrics, such as quality, throughput, and SLA metrics.
- Maintain rhythm of business (ROB) during plan execution to ensure global alignment.
- Convert stakeholders to gain buy-in, leveraging data and performance metrics to demonstrate the value of projects.
- Adhere to Microsoft's privacy policy and data protection standards, ensuring compliance with ethics and privacy policies.
- Lead and coach teams to identify and resolve root problems, define program strategy, and drive clarity in complex program issues.
People Management Responsibilities
- Empower and hold teams accountable by modeling, coaching, and caring.
- Define team objectives and outcomes, enable success across boundaries, and help the team adapt and learn.
- Coach teams to identify and resolve root problems, define program strategy, and simplify complex inputs into program design.
- Collect and evaluate success criteria and performance metrics to monitor programs and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years of work experience in program management, process management, or process improvement, OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of management experience (e.g., people, project, process, vendor, change).
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement, OR Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years of program management experience, OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of people management experience.
