We are seeking an experienced AI professional with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence technologies, particularly in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), and Computer Vision. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on expertise in applying AI technologies to real-world use cases. Key Responsibilities
- AI Architecture & Solutions Development. You will play a pivotal role in understanding and analyzing customer requirements to design and develop AI architectures and solutions. This involves working closely with customers to define use cases, create scalable AI models, and guide the implementation of AI technologies that address real business needs.
- Hands-on AI Development. Develop AI solutions with a focus on NLP, ASR, and Computer Vision, using Python. You will be involved in coding AI models, implementing NLP frameworks, and experimenting with advanced tools and techniques such as transformers, embeddings, vector databases, and the latest language models.
- NLP Expertise. A strong background in NLP is essential. You should be proficient in the implementation and fine-tuning of techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), and transformers. You will work with AI models such as BERT, GPT, and T5 and be familiar with cutting-edge technologies in NLP.
- AI Ecosystem Knowledge. You will leverage your expertise in the broader AI ecosystem to create and deploy AI solutions. This includes proficiency in popular IDEs (such as Jupyter, Anaconda, and Visual Studio Code), understanding hardware requirements for AI applications, and utilizing platforms like Huggingface, Kaggle, and Google Colab to access datasets, pre-trained models, and training pipelines.
- AI/ML Concepts Mastery. A solid foundation in AI and machine learning is essential. You should be well-versed in deep learning techniques, neural networks, reinforcement learning, and other AI/ML paradigms. Understanding AI algorithms and their real-world application is a key aspect of this role.
- Documentation & Presentation Skills. You will be expected to produce clear and comprehensive documentation for the AI solutions you develop. You will also play a key role in presenting complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that solutions align with business goals and objectives.
- Collaboration & Communication. Strong interpersonal skills are vital. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and project managers. Effective communication with customers and team members will ensure project success and smooth delivery.
Qualifications

Experience. Minimum of 5-10 years of overall experience in AI, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in NLP, ASR, or Computer Vision technologies. Proven experience in AI solution development using Python is a must.
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on coding experience in Python for AI/ML use case development.
- Deep understanding of NLP, LLMs, transformers, and vector databases.
- Familiarity with popular AI libraries and platforms, such as Huggingface, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deploying AI models on cloud infrastructure.
- AI Knowledge. Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts including deep learning, neural networks, reinforcement learning, and advanced NLP techniques.
- SDLC & Configuration Management. Proficient in following SDLC processes, utilizing version control (such as GitHub), and ensuring code quality and maintainability. Experience in writing technical documentation is also required.
