Job Description

As an Angular Developer at Deloitte, you will manage specific sub-work streams within broader projects, ensuring end-to-end delivery. You’ll collaborate with senior consultants and team leads, contributing innovative engineering solutions and participating in knowledge-sharing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain existing programs and applications.
  • Provide innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions.

Must-Have Skills

  1. Angular 2+. Hands-on experience.
  2. State Management. Familiarity with libraries like RxJS, NgRx, or Akita.
  3. Web Development. Strong experience in designing and developing responsive web applications.
  4. Languages. Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Advanced JavaScript (minimum 2 years).
  5. HTML/CSS. Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, selectors, specificity, media queries, and frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation.
  6. UI Development. Experience in understanding design aspects and writing unit testable code.
  7. Testing Frameworks. Develop unit test cases using tools like Karma and Jasmine.
  8. CSS Pre-processors. Knowledge of SASS.
  9. Version Control. Experience with distributed code repositories (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, TFS).
  10. JavaScript Concepts. Familiarity with Promises, prototyping, and object/array manipulation.
  11. Build Tools. Knowledge of Webpack, Babel, and plugins, as well as ES6, Redux, and Jest.
  12. Web Performance. Understanding of micro-frontend architectures and web app performance.

Good-to-Have Skills

  1. Cloud Services. Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  2. Microservices. Knowledge of microservices-based architecture and AWS Lambda.
  3. API Gateways. Familiarity with API gateways such as Apigee or Layer 7.

Qualifications

  1. Education. B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS.
  2. Experience. 3+ years in relevant roles.
