Roles and Responsibilities
- Refine technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage deliverables through prioritization and estimation.
- Develop applications using front-end technologies.
- Work in agile environments to ensure iterative development and delivery.
- Implement design patterns and follow best practice trends.
- Collaborate closely with Technical Solution Architects and Functional Leads for detailed design and solution implementation.
- Lead offshore teams in an onshore/offshore model to ensure project success.
Skills / Competencies
Essential
- Proficiency in Spring Microservices, Spring Rest, and Spring Boot.
- Strong experience in Core Java (JDK 8+).
- Familiarity with Swagger, REST API, JAX-RS, and Log Analysis (Splunk).
- Hands-on experience with Git, Bamboo, Maven/Gradle, Junit, and Mockito for CI/CD processes.
- Comprehensive understanding of SDLC phases with extensive Agile and SCRUM experience.
- Design and development expertise in customer-facing web applications.
Preferred
- Exceptional customer interfacing skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems effectively.
