We are looking for an Application Lead to oversee the design, development, and configuration of applications. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for technical requirements, leading your team to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Design. Support the technical design process by analyzing application requirements and providing insights.
- Development. Design, build, test, debug, and document software solutions to meet business needs.
- Application Maintenance. Develop, maintain, and support applications and tools for both internal and external clients.
- Error Resolution. Analyze, diagnose, and resolve application-related errors efficiently.
- Mentorship. Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Project Management. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products, managing project timelines and expectations.
- Experience Required. Minimum of 8 years in application development and leadership.
Core Skills
- Strong knowledge of .NET Framework 4.5 and above, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and REST Web APIs.
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC and Web APIs.
- Proficiency in Entity Framework and LINQ (used in at least 2 projects).
- Familiarity with design patterns, SOLID principles, and tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of code review methodologies and tools like SonarQube.
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficient in SQL Server 2012 or higher, capable of writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time.
- Self-disciplined with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- A minimum of 15 years of education required.
