Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Ownership and Leadership. Take ownership of technical activities from inception to completion. This involves understanding requirements, collaborating with end users and global functional leaders, defining technical approaches, implementation, validation, and ensuring user satisfaction.
  2. Mentorship and Review. Provide technical mentorship to your team members, acting as an internal reviewer to ensure all deliverables meet high standards ("First Time Right").
  3. Performance Monitoring. Develop KPIs and dashboards in coordination with the technical manager. Continuously monitor and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  4. Documentation. Ensure comprehensive technical documentation for all team activities is maintained and updated regularly.
  5. Stakeholder Communication. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ensure alignment on project plans and proactively manage expectations to prevent escalations.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Engineering/Science with 10 to 15 years of experience. Mechanical engineering background is advantageous.
  • Experience in project leadership and technical oversight.
  • Proficiency with Oracle and exposure to ERP tools like SAP preferred.
  • Training experience is a plus.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
