As an Associate Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts by ensuring the smooth execution of email, landing pages, and campaign setups with our marketing tools. You will coordinate with teammates across the Marketing team using our project management tool, Asana. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and excel in time management within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute tickets from the Marketing Operations Asana board and communicate with requesters to clarify and complete requirements.
- Build and launch campaign workflows using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Qualified chat, Sendoso, and Splash, and audit workflow effectiveness.
- Upload post-event lists and data enrichment lists, cleaning duplicates, and syncing data post-upload.
- Clean and resolve “dirty data” CRM and MAP integration issues that prohibit accurate campaign operations.
- Create UTM documentation and build UTMs for campaigns.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent professional experience.
- 1-3 years of Marketing Operations experience.
- 1-3 years of HubSpot experience.
- Expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce.com, and other martech tools, including the ability to build audience segments in HubSpot.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- Willingness to overlap with US Eastern Time (ET) time zone by 3 hours.
- Ability to prioritize tasks when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot Certification.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Experience with additional marketing technologies like Qualified, Splash, Seamless/Zoominfo, Sendoso, and Mailchimp.
