Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to Solution Design, Development, and Integration. Work on end-to-end development, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring robust automation solutions.
- Analyze and Solve Problems Efficiently. Engage in critical thinking to resolve challenges and optimize automation processes.
- Deliver Exceptional Results & Meet Customer Expectations. Ensure that solutions are high-quality, efficient, and meet business needs.
- Share Knowledge and Best Practices. Maintain clear documentation related to application architecture, user credentials, security parameters, and ensure proper knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholders.
- Take Ownership of Updates and Communication. Regularly update key stakeholders about changes or improvements to automation applications, ensuring transparency and seamless operations.
What You Bring to the Team
- Proficiency in Python & Django. Strong expertise in developing automation applications using Python and Django.
- SQL and Database Management Skills. A solid understanding of SQL, with MySQL experience preferred.
- Java Development Knowledge. Hands-on experience in Java, Groovy, JavaScript, and ExtJS, with a focus on multithreading.
- Software Engineering Expertise. Strong foundational knowledge in software development methodologies, version control, and debugging.
- Unix/Linux Experience. Practical experience working on software development in Unix/Linux environments.
- Telecommunications Knowledge (Preferred). Basic understanding of mobile networks, telecom architecture, and associated mechanisms would be an added advantage.
- Problem-Solving Mindset. A proactive approach to tackling challenges and improving automation processes.
