As an Automation Engineer, you will be engaged in all phases of the software development lifecycle, ensuring the highest quality and performance standards. Your role will involve problem-solving, collaboration, and a strong focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Contribute to Solution Design, Development, and Integration. Work on end-to-end development, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring robust automation solutions.
  2. Analyze and Solve Problems Efficiently. Engage in critical thinking to resolve challenges and optimize automation processes.
  3. Deliver Exceptional Results & Meet Customer Expectations. Ensure that solutions are high-quality, efficient, and meet business needs.
  4. Share Knowledge and Best Practices. Maintain clear documentation related to application architecture, user credentials, security parameters, and ensure proper knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholders.
  5. Take Ownership of Updates and Communication. Regularly update key stakeholders about changes or improvements to automation applications, ensuring transparency and seamless operations.

What You Bring to the Team

  1. Proficiency in Python & Django. Strong expertise in developing automation applications using Python and Django.
  2. SQL and Database Management Skills. A solid understanding of SQL, with MySQL experience preferred.
  3. Java Development Knowledge. Hands-on experience in Java, Groovy, JavaScript, and ExtJS, with a focus on multithreading.
  4. Software Engineering Expertise. Strong foundational knowledge in software development methodologies, version control, and debugging.
  5. Unix/Linux Experience. Practical experience working on software development in Unix/Linux environments.
  6. Telecommunications Knowledge (Preferred). Basic understanding of mobile networks, telecom architecture, and associated mechanisms would be an added advantage.
  7. Problem-Solving Mindset. A proactive approach to tackling challenges and improving automation processes.
