Job Description

As the Data Testing Delivery Anchor, you will oversee data testing strategies and solutions for a team of 80+ members. This role involves managing multiple applications and releases for end-to-end data testing of ETL, Data Warehousing, Big Data, and Cloud migration projects. You will actively engage with customers and stakeholders to drive project releases, facilitate technical discussions, and provide regular updates.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Data Testing Management. Oversee and manage data testing strategies and solutions for 80-100 applications per quarter.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement. Conduct customer and stakeholder meetings, lead technical discussions, and ensure effective coordination.
  3. Resource Planning. Provide effort estimations, staffing plans, and resource requirements for project teams.
  4. Proposal Management. Drive and manage RFPs and proactive proposals to identify and secure new data testing opportunities.
  5. Compliance and Performance. Gather data testing compliance requirements and translate them into actionable approaches. Collaborate with stakeholders to track key performance indicators related to data quality and testing.

Key Skills and Competencies

  1. Experience. 15+ years in managing application releases in data program areas, including running 80-100 applications per quarter.
  2. Technical Expertise. Strong experience with Big Data and cloud migration projects, data migration testing, and ETL testing techniques.
  3. Database Technologies. Hands-on experience with DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL.
  4. Tools Proficiency. Familiarity with scheduling tools like Control-M, ESP, and data testing tools like Informatica.
  5. Stakeholder Management. Proficiency in stakeholder and program management, including pre-sales and proposal activities to drive additional business in data testing areas.
  6. Testing Strategies. Ability to devise and implement robust data testing strategies and solutions.
