Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence. Drive operational performance to surpass contractual standards and operational measures. Your proactive approach ensures timely and quality delivery to both plan sponsors and participants.
- Process Optimization. Identify opportunities for process enhancements, streamline client operations, and implement efficiencies. Effective project planning and resource management are your forte.
- Client Engagement. Serve as a primary contact for clients and third-party administrators. Foster strong relationships, navigate tough conversations, and ensure satisfactory outcomes for all stakeholders.
- Subject Matter Expertise. Become the go-to authority on client plan provisions. Stay abreast of industry developments, share insights with colleagues, and contribute to client renewal meetings and data collection projects.
- Team Leadership. Lead, mentor, and coach Benefits Operations Associates (BOAs). Assign and oversee workload, track performance metrics, and identify training needs to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team.
Qualifications
- Education. Graduate degree (except BE/BTech/MCA/regular MBA) preferred.
- Experience. 5-7 years of hands-on experience in US Benefits Domain and Benefits Administration.
- Technical Skills. Proficiency in MS applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
