Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Outbound Lead Generation Representative. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all stages of the sales cycle, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. They should possess strong negotiation skills and be adept at utilizing various tools and platforms for lead generation.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation Expertise

  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google, Apollo, Lusha, and other similar tools to extract leads and engage with prospects.
  • Identify potential leads, extract contact information, and maintain an organized database of leads.
  • Actively engage with prospects on LinkedIn through personalized messages and InMail's.

Appointment Setting and Coordination

  • Schedule appointments with qualified leads and coordinate with sales representatives or account executives for a seamless handoff.

CRM and Database Management

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and relevant information within the CRM system.
  • Ensure the database is updated and organized with current contact details.

Email Campaigns and Cold Calling

  • Craft compelling email campaigns to introduce prospects to our products or services.
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospects based on leads generated through research and databases.

Client Engagement and Relationship Building

  • Conduct initial qualifying conversations to assess lead fit and address any objections.
  • Actively listen to prospects, understand their needs, and provide relevant information to move the conversation forward.

Reporting and Continuous Learning

  • Track activities, results, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and sales.

Skills Required

  • Business Development and Sales Management expertise.
  • Proficiency in CRM management and proposal documentation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in selling digital marketing services to US-based customers.
  • Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and CRM software such as HubSpot or ClickUp.
  • American accent for cold calling in the US market.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to present ideas effectively and sell value.
  • Enthusiastic about building relationships and working in a team environment.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Track new clients across various industries, prepare proposals, and secure agreements.
  • Process paperwork and correspondence related to clients.
  • Understand clients' needs through assessments and provide detailed documentation.
  • Hands-on experience in all elements of the sales process, from approaching leads to negotiations and closings.
  • Arrange and prepare proposals for clients, achieving sales targets via outbound leads.
  • Gather requirements and nurture clients from initial contact to maturity.
  • Support the team with additional responsibilities as required.
