Job Description

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless order processing, maintaining robust customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets. Your responsibilities encompass managing the order entry process, updating CRM data, generating sales reports, and facilitating communication with stakeholders. Your keen eye for detail and proactive approach contribute to process improvements and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  1. Order Management. Oversee the order entry process, collaborating with various departments to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  2. CRM Maintenance. Update and maintain customer records and sales-related information in the CRM system, guaranteeing data accuracy and completeness to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
  3. Sales Reporting. Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards, highlighting key performance metrics and trends to aid the sales team and management in making informed decisions.
  4. Sales Forecasting. Assist in developing sales forecasts and projections based on historical data and market trends, contributing to strategic planning and resource allocation.
  5. Inventory Monitoring. Track inventory levels, liaising with internal teams to ensure product availability for sale, thereby optimizing inventory management processes.
  6. Documentation Management. Maintain and update sales-related documentation, including contracts, agreements, and sales collateral, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
  7. Process Improvement. Identify areas for process enhancement within the sales support function, collaborating with the team to implement changes that streamline operations and drive efficiency.
  8. Sales Support. Provide proactive support to the sales team by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with sales-related tasks, fostering a conducive environment for achieving sales targets.
  9. Customer Feedback Management. Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, taking proactive measures to address concerns and enhance customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
  10. Stakeholder Communication. Interface with internal stakeholders, partners, and end customers, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues to uphold positive relationships and drive business growth.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience demonstrating competence.
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer support, sales operations, or a related field, with a preference for candidates familiar with sales processes and CRM systems.

Preferred Certifications

  • Certified Sales Operations Professional (CSOP) certification is advantageous, showcasing proficiency in sales operations management.
