We were recently also recognized as the "50 Hottest startups" in India by Exhibit Magazine As part of our plans, we recently launched our first platform a peer to peer job referral platform which uses the power of people’s social connections. Companies post jobs on the platform and users on the site use their social connections to refer these jobs to their friends. For every activity users get to earn good karma in the form of karma money and karma points. The product was recently launched in Beta mode and will be our core referral platform for the entire business.
