Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement complex Java applications.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Participate in agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Write and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and automated tests.
- Work with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Communicate technical designs and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Core Skills
- 5 years of experience in Java development.
- Proficiency with Java 8+, Spring, Hibernate (JPA), and related technologies.
- Hands-on experience with messaging tools like Kafka.
- Strong knowledge of NoSQL/SQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Postgres).
- Experience with cache databases (e.g., Redis).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns and principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and debugging techniques.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Nice To Have
- Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
