Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Noida. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support on a daily basis.
  • Address and troubleshoot customer concerns effectively, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to provide solutions.:
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, using CRM systems and tools to track issues and resolutions.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and inquiries.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
