Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Office 365. You will work closely with individuals, teams, business owners, IT, and leadership to ensure that web application design, development, and processes align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using PowerApps (Canvas App) and Power Automate.
  • Customize and manage SharePoint Online features, including lists and disparate systems integration.
  • Execute migrations from SharePoint On-Premise to SharePoint Online using Sharegate.
  • Develop and manage business processes and custom connectors using Power Automate Flow.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Ensure the alignment of web application design and development with business goals.

Must-Have Skills

  1. Power Platform Expertise. Advanced skills in PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
  2. Connector Integration. Deep understanding of Power Apps and Power Automate connectors, including integration with SharePoint Online and other Office 365 services.
  3. SharePoint Customization. Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online out-of-the-box features and customizations.
  4. Application Development. Proven experience in developing applications using PowerApps and Power Automate.
  5. Migration Experience. Proficiency in migrating SharePoint On-Premise to SharePoint Online using Sharegate.
  6. Business Processes. Ability to design and implement business processes and custom connectors with Power Automate Flow.
  7. Office 365 Knowledge. Foundational understanding of Office 365, including Power Platform, SharePoint Online Admin Center, Azure AD, OneDrive, and Microsoft Lists.

Good to Have

  1. PowerShell Scripting. Proficient in creating PowerShell scripts and PnP scripting for SharePoint task automation.
  2. ITIL Knowledge. Understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Requests, and Change Management.
  3. Dataverse Knowledge. Familiarity with Dataverse and its practical applications.
  4. Certification. Microsoft Certification in Power Platform is a plus.
