As a Senior Consultant at Infosys, you will play a vital role in various phases of the consulting lifecycle, focusing on Agile transformation. You will contribute your expertise to define problems, propose solutions, and guide teams through development, configuration, and deployment processes. Your responsibilities will include coaching teams on Agile practices, administering Agile assessments, developing communication artifacts, and leading Agile consulting and coaching initiatives. Additionally, you will provide thought leadership, contribute insights to industry solutions, and drive business development efforts.
Responsibilities
Consulting Delivery
- Coach client and Infosys teams on Agile processes, practices, and engineering ecosystem.
- Administer Agile team maturity assessments and develop coaching plans.
- Develop communication artifacts and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
- Lead the development of Agile consulting aids and assist teams with Agile onboarding.
- Perform roles of Scrum Master and Iteration Manager, driving adoption of Agile practices.
- Provide performance feedback to Agile team members and report on Agile metrics.
Thought Leadership
- Provide insights and perspectives on Agile and related subjects.
- Contribute to industry solutions and interact with industry executives.
- Capture insights and intellectual property into the firm’s knowledge management system.
- Stay informed on developments in Agile and DevOps areas of expertise.
Business Development
- Direct Agile transformation strategies and roadmaps for clients.
- Establish strong working relationships with clients and build new business for the Agile practice and the firm.
- Collaborate with Infosys Engagement Managers and Quality Consulting Practices.
Requirements
Essential
- Experience in driving Agile practices in organizations.
- Agile Consulting and System Integration experience in top-tier consulting organizations.
- Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team with flexibility to support multiple time zones.
- Experience leading large teams in distributed Agile delivery.
- Excellent understanding of key engineering practices.
- Excellent client-handling capability.
- Relevant experience of 12 years in Information Technologies.
- Tertiary qualification in IT/Computer Science or related discipline.
Preferred
- Demonstrates understanding of DevOps practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
