We're seeking an experienced and motivated marketing professional to lead our digital brand marketing efforts. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will drive the development, implementation, and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with our company's vision and standards.
Responsibilities
- Own Brand Digital Marketing Mandate. Manage and oversee paid marketing brand campaigns, including budget allocation for PhonePe and its affiliates.
- Strategic Planning. Develop robust digital marketing strategies to effectively reach target audiences and achieve growth objectives cost-effectively.
- Performance Analysis. Measure and optimize the performance of all digital campaigns against established ROI and KPIs. Utilize insights to refine strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
- Innovation and Testing. Identify trends, lead test and learn initiatives, and implement growth strategies across digital platforms. Drive experimentation and conversion tests to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Analytics and Insights. Lead analytics projects to evaluate campaign outcomes and enhance consumer journeys. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption where beneficial.
- Agency and Partner Management. Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute campaigns effectively. Build and manage in-house capabilities for programmatic and social platform paid campaigns.
- Marketing-Tech Integration. Partner closely with Tech-Product teams to drive the Marketing-Tech roadmap. Develop measurement and optimization frameworks to ensure effectiveness across all digital efforts.
- Team Development. Upskill team members on new digital trends, tools, and measurement practices to enhance overall digital marketing capabilities.
Requirements
- Education. Master’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- Experience. Minimum of 10 years in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a ConsumerTech brand. Experience in Fintech is advantageous.
- Technical Skills. Proficiency in ad serving and analytics tools, including ADH, Programmatic platforms, Google Analytics/DV360, DCM, and FB Ads Manager. Experience with dashboarding tools is essential.
- Budget Management. Demonstrated experience in managing and deploying digital media budgets at scale.
- Skills. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities are critical.
- Knowledge. Comprehensive understanding of current digital trends, best practices, and industry developments.
