Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development. Lead the design and development of complex software applications using JavaScript and React.js. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- API Integration. Implement and work with REST APIs, adhering to best practices and standards.
- Testing. Write and maintain unit, component, and functional tests to ensure the reliability and performance of the software.
- Build Tools and CI/CD. Utilize build tools such as GitLab and participate in CI/CD deployments to streamline the development workflow.
- Code Quality. Apply clean code principles and software design patterns to produce maintainable and efficient code.
- Collaboration. Work independently with minimal supervision, yet effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Problem Solving. Quickly identify and acquire the necessary information to resolve issues and enhance software solutions.
Requirements
- Experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development using JavaScript and React.js.
- Technical Skills. Strong knowledge of REST API development standards, jQuery JavaScript library, and experience with Git or other distributed SCM.
- Testing Experience. Demonstrated ability to write and execute unit, component, and functional tests.
- Quality Practices. Familiarity with software quality best practices and an interest in software testing.
- Build Tools. Experience with build tools such as GitLab and CI/CD deployments.
