E-learning Developer

We are seeking a talented E-Learning Developer to join our team and drive the development of interactive online courseware aimed at supporting Organizational Change Management initiatives during technology transformations. As an E-Learning Developer, you will collaborate closely with the Organizational Change Management Training Lead to craft engaging and effective online learning experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of learning theories, instructional design models, and hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

1. Design & Development. Create and design compelling e-learning course content using authoring tools. Transform course materials into engaging online learning experiences.
2. Collaboration. Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to convert content into e-learning modules.
3. Multimedia Integration. Employ multimedia technology to enhance content with audio, video, simulations, role plays, and games.
4. Instructional Research. Conduct research and analysis on learners' needs and contexts to inform instructional strategies.
5. Theoretical Application. Apply instructional design theories, practices, and methods to create effective learning experiences.
6. Content Creation. Develop supporting materials such as instructional text, audio/video scripts, and graphics.
7. Quality Assurance. Perform quality assurance reviews on e-learning modules and implement necessary improvements.
8. Documentation. Maintain accurate project documentation and course folders.

Qualifications

1. Experience. Proven experience in instructional design and technology, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
2. Knowledge. Deep understanding of learning theories and instructional design models.
3. Tools. Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate; basic knowledge of HTML and Flash programming is preferred.
4. Skills. Ability to write clear and effective instructional content, create storyboards, and visualize graphics and user interfaces.
5. Education. BS or MA degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
