As an Account Director, you'll play a crucial role in our Healthcare sector, serving as a trusted advisor to our customers. You'll focus on delivering value through our Talent and Learning solutions, helping customers achieve their objectives and drive growth. This role requires a strategic approach to selling, prioritizing the best interests of our clients while exceeding revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research on customer businesses and prepare insightful questions and insights for meetings.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across the customer organization, tailoring communication to meet their needs.
  • Lead with solutions, not just products, by aligning recommendations with customer objectives.
  • Drive customer decision-making by achieving a shared vision and considering value propositions.
  • Utilize data and insights to support investment recommendations and address customer objections.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to deliver greater customer value and mitigate churn risk.
  • Develop account outreach strategies and engage with key stakeholders to optimize customer success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure joint accountability for optimal customer outcomes.
  • Demonstrate humility and seek assistance when faced with challenges or unknowns.
  • Maintain discipline in territory and account planning, forecasting, and quota attainment.
  • Utilize CRM and other sales tools effectively to manage the sales and buyer cycles.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of applicable sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and forecasting skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop compelling strategies and deliver results against revenue targets.
  • Comfort in gathering and utilizing data to inform decision-making and persuade others.
  • Experience in solution-based sales environments, with the ability to assess business opportunities and engage with prospective buyers.
  • Familiarity with SaaS opportunities and software contract terms and conditions.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • Experience selling IT solutions, with knowledge of the Dynamics/D365 platform preferred.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $148,000 to $225,000. Actual compensation packages may vary based on factors such as skill set, experience, certifications, and specific office location.
