Job Description

As an Enterprise Account Executive within LinkedIn Sales Solutions team, you will drive the adoption of Sales Navigator, LinkedIn flagship product. Your role will involve leveraging your strategic social selling skills to educate and assist prospective customers, ensuring they realize the full benefits of Sales Navigator. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers enhance their sales strategies and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  1. Customer Engagement. Inspire and educate customers on the value of Sales Navigator, helping them connect more effectively with buyers and sellers.
  2. Strategic Planning. Develop and execute strategic plans for your territory, ensuring reliable forecasts and meeting business and revenue objectives.
  3. Revenue Generation. Drive revenue by identifying and building opportunities with customers, creating mutually beneficial relationships.
  4. Best Practices Development. Establish and share best practices to guide the team and improve overall performance.
  5. Market Feedback. Gather insights from the market and communicate them with the Product and Marketing teams to drive product evolution.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  1. Experience. 10+ years in a quota-carrying sales role and 7+ years in new business sales.
  2. Skills. Proven ability to overachieve sales quotas and results in high-growth environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Sales Experience. Experience selling SaaS solutions, CRM platforms, or value-based solutions.
  2. Education. Bachelor’s degree.
  3. LinkedIn Proficiency. Experience using LinkedIn for sales purposes.
  4. Sales Skills. Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high-level business sales, forecast accurately, and use data-driven insights.
  5. Relationship Building. Ability to build trust-based relationships with senior-level professionals and engage multiple stakeholders in a company.

Compensation and Benefits

  1. Salary Range. $151,000 to $230,000, depending on experience, location, and other factors.
  2. Total Compensation. May include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits, and other incentive plans.
