As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the development lifecycle of our products, contributing to coding, design, and testing efforts in a heterogeneous technology environment. Your proficiency in backend development, API integration, and database management will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and completeness of our products while adhering to architecture standards, risk management, and security policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop web applications using MERN stack and other web development frameworks, ensuring excellent coding standards and practices.
• Contribute to the entire lifecycle of product development, from conceptualization to deployment.
• Utilize MVC frameworks such as CakePHP, Zend, Laravel, Symfony, etc., to streamline development processes.
• Support frontend development efforts by implementing UI workflows and leveraging technologies like Sass and/or Less for styling.
• Collaborate with backend teams to design and implement server applications, integrations, and APIs.
• Ensure the quality and completeness of products through thorough unit, integration, and regression testing.
• Work in a Linux environment and utilize version control systems like git/SVN for code management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, promoting best practices, process enhancements, and tooling optimizations.
• Foster close cooperation across all roles and functions, enabling seamless collaboration and delivery of value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience in web application development, with expertise in Node.js, React JS, Next JS, Express JS, EJS, PHP, and other relevant frameworks.
• Proficiency in backend development, API integration, and database management, with a thorough understanding of relational databases such as MySQL.
• Strong understanding of MVC frameworks and UI workflows, with experience in Sass and/or Less for styling.
• Experience working in a Linux environment and utilizing version control systems like git/SVN.
• Proven track record of involvement in the entire lifecycle of development of at least two products.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work independently or as part of a full team.
