As a Full Stack LLM Developer at Accenture, you will be instrumental in developing and integrating large language model (LLM)-based applications. This role involves designing, building, and optimizing LLMs, and applying your expertise to enhance the performance and accuracy of these models. You will also be responsible for developing AI prompts, designing comprehensive application strategies, and ensuring seamless integration into products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize AI prompts to enhance the functionality and performance of LLM applications.
- Take ownership of technical designs, code development, and component testing to ensure alignment with functional specifications.
- Develop strategies for application and component development, encompassing both user experience and backend code.
- Architect robust development strategies and evaluate application architectures using relevant frameworks.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide recommendations for improvements and fixes.
- Provide support during testing phases and resolve production issues as needed.
- Travel may be required, ranging from 0% to 100% based on business and client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year working with LLMs for business applications, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in full stack development with proficiency in languages and frameworks such as Python, JavaScript, Java, Spring, or GoLang.
- Experience with frontend frameworks like HTML5, Angular, Node.js, or React.
- Minimum of 3 years working with application services on public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
- At least 1 year of experience in a team leadership or management role, preferably in AI-driven projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 12 years work experience required; 6 years if holding an Associate’s Degree).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing applications for both mobile and web platforms.
- Knowledge of Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG) Architecture.
