As the Gen AI Architect, you will play a key role in shaping our technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration between backend services and frontend development while upholding the highest standards of code quality, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership. Drive the strategic design and development of scalable backend systems using Python, ensuring robustness and efficiency in implementation.
- Collaboration & Integration. Work closely with teams to define project requirements, establish system architecture, and ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend services.
- Innovative Development. Lead the creation of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions, setting a benchmark for excellence and innovation across the team.
- Technical Expertise. Provide mentorship to cross-functional teams, offering hands-on technical guidance and conducting thorough code reviews to maintain high development standards.
- Problem Solving & Optimization. Proactively identify and resolve complex technical challenges, applying a hands-on approach to problem-solving and ensuring systems are aligned with evolving business needs.
- Documentation & Standards. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring that all solutions meet company-wide architectural standards and are easily scalable.
- Collaboration with Frontend Teams. Foster innovative collaboration with frontend developers, ensuring smooth integration between systems, and upholding best practices for platform service integration.
- System Optimization. Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance, ensuring the platform can handle real-time, complex transactions.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in Python Development. Extensive full-stack experience in Python, with advanced knowledge of frameworks like Django.
- Microservices Architecture. Proven experience with microservice architecture and deep knowledge of UI/API integration using protocols like REST, gRPC, and GraphQL.
- Database Management. Strong expertise in DBMS technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and a solid understanding of database schema design and caching technologies.
- Cloud & Containerization. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with experience in Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
- DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines. Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and an understanding of security best practices.
- Problem-Solving & Communication. Advanced skills in problem-solving, technical communication, and organizational efficiency, enabling the delivery of scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Leadership & Mentorship. A strong leader capable of guiding teams through complex development challenges and fostering an innovative, collaborative environment.
