Gen AI/ML Solution Architect Director

As a Gen AI/ML Solution Architect Director, you will play a pivotal role in delivering data and AI solutions. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing advanced AI/ML solutions, focusing on Generative AI technologies. This role requires both strategic and hands-on expertise in crafting solutions that meet client needs and leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges.

• California. $131,100 - $302,400
• Colorado. $131,100 - $261,300
• New York. $121,400 - $302,400
• Washington. $139,600 - $278,200

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Development. Design and implement AI/ML solutions for mid to large-sized engagements, including Data & AI Systems Integration and Data/ML Operations.
2. Technical Architecture. Create and define technical architecture diagrams, integrating various AI models and technology components.
3. Client Interaction. Work closely with client stakeholders to understand requirements and co-create solutions, including preparing project estimates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
4. Sales and Delivery Alignment. Act as a liaison between sales and delivery teams, participating in solution reviews and client presentations to ensure alignment and propose optimal solutions.
5. Proposal Development. Assist in crafting client-facing proposals, articulating value propositions, methodologies, technology choices, and cost-benefit analyses.
6. Travel. Travel may be required up to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in solutioning and architecting for major cloud platforms and AI/ML offerings (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Sagemaker, GCP AI Platform, Microsoft Azure ML).
• Minimum 5 years of traditional AI/ML solutioning experience.
• Minimum 2 years working with Generative AI technologies/solutions.
• Education. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience required; Associate’s Degree with minimum 6 years work experience is acceptable).

Preferred Qualifications

1. Certifications. AI/ML certifications from major cloud providers or renowned third-party platforms.
2. LLM Expertise. Exposure to LLM architecture and fine-tuning.
3. Communication Skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
