As a Global Support Specialist at CSC, you will play a crucial role in managing international entity portfolios. This position requires collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely compliance with legal and corporate requirements. You will support various projects, handle client and vendor interactions, and oversee legal transactions and corporate secretarial tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Stakeholders. Act as a bridge between internal contacts and global third-party vendors to manage annual compliance, legal transactions, and filings.
- Client and Vendor Management. Review, respond to, and fulfill client and vendor requests and corporate filings across multiple jurisdictions.
- Project Support. Assist Global Subsidiary Coordinators with administrative tasks and project-related activities.
- Technology Utilization. Collaborate with team members and vendors using Salesforce CRM and other technological tools.
- Regulatory Research. Conduct research and apply jurisdictional requirements for corporate filings and legal transactions.
- KYC Due Diligence. Collect and communicate requirements necessary for Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence.
- Data Management. Ensure the accuracy of client information in Company Records and Entity Management applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Legal Background. Preferred qualifications include a Company Secretary or Corporate Law background with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Customer Service Focus. Strong commitment to delivering high standards of customer service.
- Communication Skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional fluency in a major international business language is advantageous.
- Organizational Abilities. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle high-volume workloads.
- Independence and Teamwork. Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal direction.
- Problem-Solving Skills. Strong analytical and research skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Technical Proficiency. High comfort level with MS Excel (including pivot tables and v-lookups) and general MS Office applications.
- Adaptability. Quick learner with the capacity to embrace new systems, technology, and processes.
