We are seeking a highly creative and strategically driven Graphic Designer who brings both artistic talent and a deep understanding of brand communication to our team. In this role, you'll be an integral part of our creative engine collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external clients to develop a wide range of impactful marketing assets. From digital and print collateral such as logos, brochures, and infographics, to dynamic social media graphics, email campaigns, presentations, and internal communication materials, your work will directly support the visual identity and communication strategies of our brand and those of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to develop high-quality design assets that align with brand goals and strategic direction.
- Design and deliver a variety of visual content including brochures, flyers, logos, infographics, digital ads, email templates, social media visuals, newsletters, and presentation decks.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all design outputs while maintaining adherence to brand guidelines and project timelines.
- Develop and present creative concepts that are grounded in research, insight, and market trends, using both traditional and digital tools.
- Select appropriate color schemes, typography, imagery, and layout to enhance storytelling and brand messaging.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with effective time and resource management.
- Support the uploading, cataloging, and maintenance of all project assets in content management systems, following industry-standard file naming and version control practices.
- Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and industry developments; bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the team.
- Maintain an eye for detail, ensuring all deliverables are of the highest visual and functional quality.
- Provide constructive feedback during team critiques and be open to receiving the same in the spirit of continuous improvement and collaborative growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or creative agency setting.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with additional skills in tools like Figma, Canva, or Sketch being a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting design ideas and collaborating with stakeholders of various backgrounds.
- Solid understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Experience working within established brand guidelines while also contributing creative solutions.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to learning new tools, techniques, and methodologies within the design landscape.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of animation or motion design using tools like After Effects.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and experience designing for web or mobile interfaces.
- Experience with print production processes and preparing files for commercial printing.
- Exposure to content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS understanding.
