As a Quality Compliance Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our business processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You'll be responsible for driving compliance and process improvement initiatives across allocated business processes, ensuring that quality deliverables are met consistently.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth functioning of Quality Compliance, driving compliance and process improvement initiatives in allocated business processes.
- Lead and manage innovation and Process Excellence projects to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Assist in setting up the Quality Compliance function for business processes in coordination with Operations and/or Migrations Team.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting of internal ratings on SLA parameters and quality performance.
- Conduct regular Gage R & R/calibration sessions internally and/or with clients to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Perform ongoing reviews to ensure compliance with Quality Service Delivery (QSD) and facilitate changes in QC procedures as needed.
- Drive compliance in business processes to internal standards and third-party certification standards by providing support to Operations in the closure of audit findings.
- Train and mentor Quality Compliance Analysts (QCAs) on quality tools and concepts.
- Support Six Sigma Projects and baseline activities to improve process efficiency.
- Prepare and present Management Business Review (MBR) slides from a Quality Excellence perspective.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in Quality Compliance or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of quality tools and concepts, including Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience in leading process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor and train others effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in conducting audits and compliance checks.
- Knowledge of third-party certification standards is a plus.
