Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Consultant - React Native Developer to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and developing front-end applications using React Native. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including tech leads and product owners, to deliver high-quality, user-friendly software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with tech leads and product owners to review, estimate, and prioritize user requirements.
  • Write well-designed, efficient, and maintainable code for UI applications.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces that integrate with backend servers and APIs.
  • Design and implement UI applications using React Native and ReactJS frameworks.
  • Ensure applications perform well and meet quality standards.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high code quality.
  • Schedule product releases and work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Document development processes and code improvements throughout sprints.
  • Actively participate in discussions to propose and implement software quality enhancements.
  • Mentor and lead other developers, sharing knowledge on technology and best practices.
  • Encourage and support knowledge sharing within the team and external groups.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay motivated and driven to tackle new challenges and drive progress in ambiguous situations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B Tech), MCA, MBA, or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a solid understanding of debugging and analytical skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of UI development using ReactJS and React Native.
  • Proven ability to create UI applications from scratch.
  • Exposure to microservices and REST APIs.
  • Experience working in a UNIX/Linux environment.
  • Familiarity with software development processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
  • Knowledge of software design patterns.
