Job Description

We are on the lookout for an organized and service-oriented Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of Cornerstone’s learning initiatives. This is a key role that requires a detail-oriented mindset and a dedication to fostering an excellent learning environment for all employees.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage Learning Calendar. Take ownership of the learning calendar, meticulously managing course schedules, enrollments, and cancellations.
  2. Coordinate Logistics. Oversee the logistical aspects of events and learning sessions, including setup, materials preparation, and technology checks.
  3. Primary Contact. Serve as the primary contact for the L&D team, efficiently managing communications and answering inquiries.
  4. Record Maintenance. Diligently record and maintain accurate attendance and completion records for all training activities.
  5. Evaluate Effectiveness. Monitor and evaluate training programs' effectiveness, collecting feedback and data to inform continuous improvement.
  6. Report Generation. Generate and utilize reports to create dashboards, providing visual insights into the impact of learning initiatives on the organization.

Qualifications

  1. Attention to Detail. Demonstrate acute attention to detail and an ability to manage tasks with precision and a proactive approach.
  2. Communication Skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills set you apart, and you can navigate queries and requests with poise and professionalism.
  3. Technical Proficiency. Comfort and competence with technology, including webinar platforms, learner management systems, and MS Office, are essential.
  4. Analytical Skills. You’re analytical in nature, with the ability to distill data into meaningful information, crafting reports and dashboards that tell the story behind the numbers.
  5. Organizational Skills. An eagerness to learn, paired with excellent organizational skills, enables you to thrive at work.
