Join EXL as a Manager and lead the charge in our Digital Transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for driving the Global Technology Cloud Enablement roadmap, leveraging your expertise in Oracle Cloud solutions to enhance our operations and deliver exceptional results. This role is pivotal in shaping our cloud strategy and ensuring the successful implementation of our integration and user experience capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership. Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of integrations in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and client/server configurations.
- Cloud Strategy. Drive the scoping, solution delivery, implementation, and adoption of cloud capabilities across EXL, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration. Engage with functional and business unit leaders to provide application support and enhancements related to Cloud Fusion and Cloud PaaS.
- Communication. Effectively discuss technical and functional issues and solutions with executives, support teams, and customers, particularly in escalated situations.
Technical Skills Required
- Experience. Minimum of 8+ years in technical roles focused on Oracle EBS, with at least 4+ years in Oracle Cloud Fusion and Oracle Cloud PaaS.
- Integration Expertise. Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including creating integrations, VBCS applications, and Process Cloud (PCS) workflows.
- Oracle Proficiency. Strong knowledge of OIC components (Integration, VBCS, PCS) and the ability to develop complex Oracle solutions using PL/SQL and SQL.
- Third-Party Integration. Familiarity with integrating third-party applications using SOA, Web Services, and REST APIs.
- Migration Experience. Understanding of ERP/third-party application migration from on-premises to Cloud Fusion is a plus.
- Reporting and Analytics. Experience with functional specifications, OTBI reports, analytics, and BI Publisher configuration.
Process-Specific Skills
- IT Alignment. Experience delivering IT solutions that align with business objectives.
- SDLC Familiarity. Understanding of various SDLC models, including Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Business Process Knowledge. Familiarity with Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Record to Report (R2R) business processes.
