As the Manager, Product Management, you will lead the development of autonomous and intelligent data products that address a wide range of business and analytical needs. Collaborating closely with heads of lines of businesses in our Financial Services division, you will drive the creation of impactful and actionable offers and lead analytical teams to make strategic contributions. This role involves working with Engineering groups to deliver large-scale product builds and recruiting, developing, and motivating an exceptional team of elite talents.

Responsibilities
- Define clear problem statements and actionable solutions to deliver impactful results, leveraging customer insights and advocating for alignment between stakeholders.
- Own and prioritize the product roadmap, quickly identifying points of leverage and utilizing data effectively to define success metrics and measurable outcomes.
- Drive comprehensive design decisions in partnership with technology teams, leveraging end-state architecture vision and leading agile ceremonies alongside Tech Lead.
- Develop and communicate a 6-month vision to senior stakeholders, proactively building relationships and contributing to team culture and recruiting efforts.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of overall experience, including at least 5+ years of product management experience or at least 3 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
- MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of overall experience, including at least 2+ years of experience in Agile product management.
