As the Marketing Enablement Specialist (Implementation) at Emirates Group's CCM&B (Customer, Communications, Marketing & Brand) department, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between IT and marketing by leveraging technology to bring marketing strategies to life. You'll collaborate with various teams to identify technology requirements, select suitable Mar Tech / Ad Tech solutions, and manage their implementation and adoption across the department.
Responsibilities
- Implement Personalization and A/B testing initiatives using CDP platforms across website, mobile, and email channels.
- Document marketing technology requirements and collaborate with IT and CCM&B teams to identify and assess technology vendors.
- Manage low-level technical implementation design and ensure correct setup, data flows, and integrations.
- Train and support CCM&B staff on using new and existing Mar Tech / Ad Tech solutions.
- Optimize CCMB’s Mar Tech / Ad Tech stack and identify opportunities for consolidation.
- Stay abreast of new marketing technologies, recommend new products, and research industry trends.
- Monitor data quality, performance, and SLAs of Mar Tech / Ad Tech solutions, ensuring compliance with privacy principles.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of industry experience in a digital environment, with expertise in implementing omni-channel personalization at scale and delivering MarTech/AdTech products.
- Expert knowledge of advanced Javascript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, web services, and clickstream events data collection.
- Working knowledge of Marketing Automation, CDP, Personalization, MMP solutions, triggered Email/Push marketing, segmentation, audience management, and consent management platforms.
- Understanding of cloud tools and components, preferably with hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, attention to detail, and knowledge of professional software engineering practices.
