As a Marketing Generative AI Specialist at Google, you will play a pivotal role in the EMEA Ads Marketing Acquisitions program, focusing on leveraging Generative AI solutions to enhance customer acquisition and user journey experiences for Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Marketing Technology, and Legal to implement AI-powered strategies that drive program efficiencies and deliver personalized user experiences.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in project management.
- Experience with AI products, technologies, and infrastructure.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., prompt engineering solutioning using APIs).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Marketing.
- Ability to design, develop, and manage dynamic Cloud solutions.
- Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and Cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail skills.
Responsibilities
- Launch and measure AI-powered experiments across marketing channels (e.g., paid media, scaled communications, web) to acquire thousands of advertisers annually, optimizing user journeys for increased customer acquisitions and product adoption.
- Implement Generative AI workflows in marketing programs (e.g., content supply chain, image generation, localization, predictive analytics, conversational AI) to optimize operations and achieve cost efficiencies.
- Utilize dashboards to monitor initiative performance against goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights for executive decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver presentations communicating findings and insights to global and regional cross-functional teams, facilitating alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Support the adoption of Generative AI tools and growth marketing principles within the team to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies and their application in marketing contexts.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and API-driven solutioning.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
