We are seeking a talented Multimedia Designer with strong creative and project management skills. This role requires expertise in video production, editing, and motion graphics, as well as a keen eye for visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with creative and web teams, ensuring high-quality video content that aligns with brand standards and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging videos, focusing on editing and occasionally shooting content.
- Produce in-person or remote talking head videos.
- Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut X, and After Effects for video editing and motion graphics.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and propose innovative concepts.
- Ensure all videos meet brand standards and project goals.
- Digitize and encode video content across various formats and devices.
- Review edited videos to ensure narrative coherence and alignment with scripts.
- Manage multiple projects, adhering to timelines and priorities effectively.
Required Qualifications
Education and Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in video production and editing.
- BA in video production, graphic arts, or related field preferred.
- Portfolio (reel) demonstrating video production skills.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Media Encoder.
- Experience with Lightroom and audio editing tools (e.g., Audition) preferred.
- Strong understanding of post-production processes and best practices.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and environments.
