Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Conduct client meetings to gather and understand business requirements.
- Convert business requirements into detailed design documents.
- Act as a Technical Architect, providing guidance on system design and implementation.
- Estimate tasks, track development progress, and perform code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee documentation processes and ensure product delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and ideas, integrating them into solutions where applicable.
Core Skills
- Proven experience in team handling and team building.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead client meetings effectively.
- Proficiency in converting business requirements into technical design documents.

Technical Knowledge
- Scripting Languages. JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS.

- Databases. SQL Server 2012/2016, SSIS Package.
- Database Skills. Expertise in Stored Procedures, Views, Table JOINs, and Indexing.
- Framework Expertise. Extensive experience with Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0/4.5.
