We are inviting applications for the role of Process Developer in our Wealth Management unit. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a dynamic environment. You will support end customers in managing their Super accounts, including opening accounts, applying contributions, processing withdrawals, maintaining accounts, and reconciling balances.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle customer requests sent via different channels.
- Quickly interpret and address customer needs with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactively escalate issues when required while working within set procedures.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring clear communication and efficient problem-solving.
- Foster strong relationships with internal customers to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
- Ambitious and self-motivated, with a drive to grow within the role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
