As a Product Manager, you will drive the strategy and development of industry-leading products such as Adobe Acrobat and Reader. Collaborating closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other key stakeholders, you will lead initiatives to deliver innovative solutions that redefine how businesses interact with digital documents.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and requirements for Adobe Document Cloud, focusing on flagship products like Adobe Acrobat and Reader.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and senior management to drive business success and achieve product goals.
- Stay abreast of technology trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic and tactical product decisions.
- Lead product releases, ensuring alignment with milestones and business objectives.
- Contribute to Adobe's overall product strategy by actively participating in the core product management team for Adobe Document Cloud.
Requirements
- B.Tech / BE and MBA from top-tier institutes such as IIMs, XLRI, or ISB ONLY.
- 10+ years of total professional experience, with significant tenure in the IT/software/Internet industry.
- At least 5 years in a business role post-MBA, ideally within a software products environment.
- Strong ability to navigate both business and technical aspects, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
- Strategic thinker with the capability to define product roadmaps and ensure delivery of exceptional product experiences.
- Proficiency in prioritization in ambiguous situations, demonstrating sound decision-making skills based on data-driven insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Self-driven and committed to delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
