Job Description

As a Product Manager at Brightly, you'll be integral to our Strategic Asset Management portfolio, focusing on our core product, Origin, in the facility infrastructure market. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business and clients to drive top-line bookings, guided by the product roadmap. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as the Product Manager in an agile development environment, maintaining a robust backlog and refining user stories.
  • Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
  • Communicate priorities and goals at the beginning of each sprint in alignment with release goals and timelines.
  • Develop a deep understanding of relevant product domains, target markets, and users to guide product decisions.
  • Establish key relationships with clients and domain experts to inform market needs and drive product development.
  • Champion the customer experience, collaborating with UX/design and professional services to deliver delightful user experiences.

What You’ll Need

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience as a product manager.
  • Proficiency in developing user stories and acceptance criteria, and communicating business value to engineering teams.
  • Strong experience in Agile processes and principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate confidently across all organizational levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field; knowledge of finance, investment, and asset management is beneficial.
