Job Description

As a Project Analyst II, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and strategic support to the US New Accounts business. You will oversee performance tracking, analyze operational effectiveness, and manage a variety of projects aimed at optimizing processes, improving performance, and delivering impactful solutions. Your role will be instrumental in supporting decision-making, driving initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders across the business to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Performance Analysis. Track and analyze KPIs for the US New Accounts portfolio, providing data insights to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  2. Operational Efficiency. Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to assess effectiveness and implement strategies that drive efficiencies and maximize returns.
  3. Project Leadership. Manage various initiatives and projects, using strong project management techniques to deliver results in a timely manner while optimizing performance.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration. Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to identify opportunities for improvement, resolve issues, and implement effective solutions.
  5. Operational Controls. Ensure that strong operational controls are in place and continuously maintained to meet business requirements.
  6. Policy & Procedure Updates. Support the creation and update of Policies & Procedures within CHC, ensuring alignment with new product launches or features.
  7. Audit & Risk Management. Assist in managing internal and external audits, as well as operational risk events, ensuring compliance and timely resolution.
  8. Training & Documentation. Help create training materials for new features/products and deliver necessary training to relevant stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

  1. Data Analysis & Visualization. Expertise in data analysis, including the use of tools like Excel (Advanced), Tableau, SQL, and Python to derive insights and present actionable findings.
  2. Project Management. Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from inception to execution, meeting deadlines and optimizing process effectiveness.
  3. Business Acumen. Experience in understanding business drivers and operational levers, with the ability to analyze their impact on performance and drive actionable solutions.
  4. Communication Skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to influence stakeholders, manage relationships, and present complex data in an accessible manner.
  5. Problem Solving & Critical Thinking. Ability to work on unstructured projects and deliver solutions to complex problems through creative thinking and data-driven decisions.
  6. Collaboration & Networking. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies, building strong relationships with colleagues, third-party vendors, and senior management.

Experience & Educational Requirements

  1. Education. Graduate degree from a reputed institution.
  2. Experience. 3-5 years of experience in project management, data analytics, and performance tracking, preferably in a corporate setting (financial services or a similar industry is a plus).
